CHECKPOINT ASSIGNMENT 2

AWESOME CLUB! It was good to see that many of you got stronger lifting the weights. You lifted more than you did the week before! That's the way it is with learning from the Bible. The more you read, the more you learn and the stronger your FAITH becomes!

Wasn't it cool how Joshua won the city of Jericho? That sure seemed like a crazy plan for his army. BUT - they did JOG and when they circled the city 7 times, blew the ram's horn and shouted as loud as they could------the walls fell down and they took the city----JUST LIKE GOD SAID!

OBEY GOD and be a WINNER!!!

Complete your “Checkpoint Assignment” and returned to your Trainer by next club meeting for 5 BONUS MILES!!

Look up the scripture Hebrews 12:1b-2a. Fill in the empty blanks below. This is your memory verse for Faith Race!

…let us RUN with perseverance the RACE marked out for us. Let us fix our EYES on JESUS , the author and perfecter of our FAITH.
JOG = JUST OBEY GOD!

Welcome to Faith Race

Welcome back, KIDS!
Our new theme for The Great Adventure Club is "Faith Race".
Our opening day, we had 86 club members registered! That is a new record!!!
This semester we will be having fun in God's Word and learning about the "Marathon Relay" of life. Our first week we learned a little about the Life Race of Moses -- starting when he was a baby - clear up to when Moses was too old to lead the Israelites into the Promise Land. When we left the training huddle Moses had just passed the "marathon baton" to.... Joshua!

Check back on Wednesday for the answers to your assignment. Remember to bring the completed assignment to club. You get 5 mile markers when you do!!!
We hope to have your club shirt for you AND we will take our official club photo. BE THERE!!!
